Payments schedules vary to the size of the job and what aspects are needed to complete the job efficiently.

An example would be:

“Materials are paid prior to the start of the job. Aspects with plumbing and electrical are included in that initial deposit.

30% of the remaining balance for the job is initially paid during demolition.

Another 30% of remainder is paid during preparation phase/waterproofing.

Remainder is paid when the job is completed.”

Some aspects will vary as finished shower fixtures/tiling aspects/paint/finished fixtures like toilets and vanities/shower glass doors will be priced out to satisfy all parties.
